Just to let you know i rang 202 on my phone needing customer services just got off the phone.

They answered and i was sorted in less than 14 minutes from ringing to getting my new upgrade

Sorry if i got a spoiler on i automatically thought yellow thing was a smillie

I read and refrain from posting (if clueness).....I may pop out from lurk pose to request one of the experts answer the question.........
