if O2 think im going to hang on line for 15mins or more to obtain a "pac code" calling from another mobile they are mistaken. i think i will now change both phones to another network with new numbers.

Do what works best for you. Contacting customer service seems to be very problematic these days. Between 8.00 and 8.30am is the best time to call.
