Your connection issues are NIGHTMARE...even opening THIS O2 page is gettnig 5-10 minutes. For what I pay £25 monthly if I have non stop problems with access to network by your operator??? I can't easy open even stupid some game page on facebook via my laptop because still "connection lost"...Why you offer broadband to buy if is not working properly? I'm almost already to cancell contract with you and find different operator when I move to new house...and don't recommend your service to anyone.

Not every network has perfect coverage everywhere.
You should check before entering a contract by using PAYG SIM cards.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sorry you are having problems. I can well understand the frustration and stress. Hope this is just a temporary issue.
