so O2 your are in the communications industry and supposed to be one of the leaders - lol.

try getting your customer support options sorted - no email - no chat lines - no telephone answer.

I transferred from pay monthly to pay as you go in November after being told no extra costs.

they now keep chasing me for a payment - on line access dis-continued due to what !!

I owe nothing and when current top up used I am another "lost customer".

you do not deserve any loyalty.

@steve641 This is a customer community, not O2. If you are receiving notifications about money that is outstanding you need to speak to customer service. If you leave it unresolved it could have a negative impact on your credit rating. Call. Don't use Live Chat for account related issues.
