I ordered an iphone 12 promax 128 GB today, but I want to change it to iphone 12 pro 512 GB. How can I do this?

Could you please help me.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I had the same problem.
called and spoke to customer services yesterday who informed me that my order was cancelled and was to wait 24hours and could re-order the phone that I wanted.
today I have received the phone that I didn't want (the one which I was informed was cancelled and definitely wasn't going to receive)
and now I can't get in touch with anyone to arrange a return. it says to use the my o2 app but I end up stuck in a loop.

I know this, but just get stuck in a loop.. it just keeps sending me back to the same first page. I got through to customer services three times today and and soon as I mentioned that I wanted to return something, the call ended. seems kinda sus.
