It's not going to be this year as all cities have been declared for release up to the end of the year.
I would assume next year.
I started a thread here for people to add any info to that they receive.... http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/4G-Roll-Out/td-p/548198

I would imagine it would be early next year but obviously no one knows although they seem quite quick at rolling it out

I live in Bristol...

I've heard from Tesco Mobile (which uses O2 4G) that it will be at the end of December 2013.

I called their sales team and they told me "end of December 2013". O2 appear to have rolled out their 4G quicker than expected so maybe they're speeding up the launch now?

EE don't give customers any notice of future 4G locations until the day they launch 4G in a certain location. Maybe O2 are doing the same now.
