Can someone please advise why when making a payment with o2 they take it directly from our accounts but when you are entitled to a refund you have to wait 5 working days I think it is disgusting and unacceptable that we have to wait for what is ours....

Hi. We have just taken out 3 new contracts, all seemed OK at home but just tried downloading using mobile data. We have 4/5 bars so good signal but download speed only 3 to 4 mgps which is very slow. Are speeds capped or is this normal.
