I have forced the win10 update on my laptop, its updating as i type. I will update more later assuming I have a working laptop!

I was getting bored so broke all my rules, as the rollback to Win7 looks easy enough, so now running Win10.
An hour or so getting the files and another couple installing them.
There are quite a few options that need to be turned off during the install, like location reports etc., other than that it's fine and running honky splonky so far.
It looks good and most things are where you expect them to be, I like it.

Mine failed to connect to wifi again so rolled back a third time. Shame because I quite liked the look of it.

I'm not alone with the wifi problem, loads of people on the HP community reporting the same issue....

On the HP forum it seems you're not alone @jonsie looks as if HP need to update their wi-fi drivers for Win10.

Yes no fix as yet, depends if they are bothered about it in all honesty. I'm due a new laptop anyway but it won't be another HP.....

I'm surprised HP were caught out by this, hope they get a fix out soon.
They're so cheap in price now I can see why you might prefer to get a new one.
