Just as a counter argument.
My system is rarely down
My sim only contract is one of the best available.
Pretty good service really. If I need to know anything I ask on here.
On the rare occasion I have to contact customer services, they have been helpful, polite and solved my issue, so no complaints from me at all.
Edited to add, this is a community forum made up of members like yourself. No-one from O2 will see your comments here.

Hope you dont talk like this all the time.
I stay with 02 because i find them the best .
System very rarely down . when it is i google see if its a problem before i ring them.
When they overcharge me i get in touch and 100% have always got the over payment back.
