Where is the chatline??

How do I find a chat line? My phone has stopped working so I can't call. I have been all over the website but even though it says use a chatline there are no links to said chat line anywhere. I just keep getting sent round in circles. I am spitting nails at the apparently deliberate manner they make it impossible to get in touch
