Webmail not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

HI all, is anyone else having problems logging on to webmail? I can access my o2 accounton the o2 site but the webmail feature just times out and doesn't connect. Been like this since early this morning. Contacted o2 via live chat and got told to contact Sky (even though they're not my provider). Has anyone else experienced this?

As said on your other thread Toby....thanks for clarification but rather sad that Sky was sending everyone to O2 without assessing each case individually as you appear to have done...

It begs the question,  what was the problem. O2 server or a Sky issue?

Who knows?...Sky sent them here...O2 sent them back to Sky.....

Reminds me of that old saying

It's YOUR fault

No it's HIS fault..

Ah then it is NO ones fault....(that fictitious person who always gets the blame) Rolleys

I just don't get it.
As we have always been aware, everyone who migrated to Sky gets to keep their o2 email but at a almost unusable level in terms of storage. Sky offer them a free email address with better facilities and non of the risks of disconnection, so why not just switch it to Sky and be done with it?
I can't see Three wanting to keep maintaining redundant email servers just for a handful of ex o2 customers when they take over......?

I am probably more annoyed that we were taking the company line and advising folk to get out... find another email provider...this had been closing since 2013 etc.....only to find it was a glitch which had now been fixed....

Yes but for how long??.....Sorry but my advice is going to be the same...get out while you still can...

I don't buy the "glitch" theory at all....
More like o2 turning off servers to gauge response!
