Latest threat to smartphones
Consumers are browsing legitimate sites - often using their smartphone - but automatically find themselves on alternative sites, which are often adult in nature but sometimes involve competition services. Furthermore, we have seen consumers being redirected from legitimate sites to non-PRS Android ransomware, where £200 is demanded to ‘unlock’ their phone.
