Re: Visual Voicemail deleted by O2

I have an iphone 6 plus, and have had voicemails of a couple of years on there from previous devices.

On Monday i recontracted with o2, and then for 2 days instead of Visual voicemail it dials 901.

When they finally put it back yesterday all the visual voicemails older than a month were gone.

Is there a way to get them back.

I spoke to a manager today at o2 and he is claiming that this is standard practice, and that whoever recontracts their tariff they remove their settings and then put it back, and everybody loses their visual voicemail saved messages.

What can i do as those voicemails are needed.

Have you got them backed up to iCloud or to a PC/MAC backup?
If not, they will be gone forever I fear.

You won't get them back from O2's systems. Your only hope is if you backed up previously.
