Virtual Interviews

One of the reasons given for joining the O2 Community is that "We also run regular initiatives ...."   an example being "Virtual Interviews - Live Q&A sessions with official O2 experts ".     When was the last such initiative?  Was it a success?  Did it result in any changes to the Community?   Are further Virtual Interviews" planned - and if so what will the subjects be  and when will they take place?

We have a few planned for this year slight_smile

It takes a lot of planning to initiate a Virtual Interview, which is why they take some time to return on occasion.

If you or anyone else has any suggestions for topic however, don't hesitate to let us know, as the more ideas we have, the more potential Virtual Interviews we can host.

Good morning, sir @Toby !   Hope the sun is shining wherever you are  as it is here at the moment.

 

I am sure members will have many suggestions - Customer Services performance and plans for improvement thereof being high on the list.

 

I look forward to seeing details of what is planned.
