Viewing bills: We need your feedback!

Hi guys,

 

Some members of the O2 team are having a workshop very soon in which they will review how Bills are presented to customers; Online, via MyO2, via PDF, paper bills, etc.

 

They've asked me to gather any thoughts from the O2 Community, seeing as you always have greatly presented views. So, we'd love to hear your thoughts on:

 

- What do the bills do well now?

- How can they be improved?

- What other aspects would you like to see added or displayed more effectively?

This is an interesting topic and relevant (to me anyway).

 

I received an email telling me about my latest bill being available to view online last week.  When I signed in my latest bill was 'greyed out' and I was unable to open it (past bills were available).  I went to 'online chat' and spoke to Lokesh who promised to email me a copy of my bill; he asked for my email address.  

 

This was on Saturday 9 January - I'm still waiting for my bill......

 

I'm still unable to open it when I sign in to my account by the way.

 

I thought I'd raise this with you - perhaps it might be interesting to feed it back to  your team.

I only ever view my bill in full detail via my laptop ( my personal choice) so I am only posting from that perspective

I think the good things are ...The email and text customers receive to announce 'the bill is available to view'.

The presentation is excellent...... IF you know what you are doing

The main problems occur with the navigation round the bill site to find something specific... particularly old bills. New customers have no idea that they have to click on this, click on that and click on something else, to get the information they require

To overcome this we should have clear links on the landing page for previous bills to enable easier access.

The rest is fine.
