Hi there,

In the past few weeks, myself and my wife having been increasing problems with our connection.

It gets to the point where we have no connection within our home, though we aren't aware of any changes, even outside in the town centre of Harrow, it is very poor signal.

I am at a loss as to what can be done, because it is affecting us both and the loss of connection for our phone calls is concerning and worrying given this seems to be getting worse and worse, yet nothing on our phones is the problem because in other areas it is ok.

Can anyone suggest how we get around this, can O2 do something about it?
I am not looking to upgrade my phone as I know it works elsewhere.

Thanks,
Russell

@rjhempel You can check here to see if there are any problems in your area: https://status.o2.co.uk/

You can also download the My Network app and report a problem, if there is one: https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-network

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If you are nearing upgrade time maybe you should look for a provider that can provide a good network connection in your places you frequent as well as your home.
