Utterly disappointed doesn't even cover it

This is now almost 2 years old and still the problems have not been resolved. I took out insurance but when I went to make a claim was told I don't have insurance - the contract I signed says I have insurance! As a long standing O2 customer I am very disappointed with the complete lack of willingness to resolve the problems we have.
Sent email to supposed Customer Services last week and still have had no response!!!!

If you have a long standing issue about insurance you would be far better talking to someone at customer services... through them you will be able to submit a claim form (202 for contract 4445 PAYG)

You need to be more specific. Who is the insurance with, and what does it cover? Do you have anything in writing or anything saying you have insurance on your MyO2 page?

Who did you send the email to as customer service don't have an email address. Use the email in the complaint link that @Cleoriff posted.
