I recently had to change my bank details and there for change my details on this site. However, when I first tried it the site couldn't reckionise the first line of my address. I had to phone O2 up to get this sorted out. And now the problems continue as this pathetic site now doesn't reckonise my email address. My address and email address are the same as I previously used with no problems regestering, so why is this nasty site not reckonising them now? And why do I have to find solutions to my problems by posting them here instaed of talking to a "professional" O2 member of staff online?

Last time I changed bank details it was simple. Never had to re-enter my address or email. Maybe it's another 'improvement'.

If what you need is your email or username, maybe you can try the "Forgotten your username or password?" online?
