Re: Useless delivery company

I ordered an iPhone 6 on Friday with delivery on the Monday, didn't arrive, said was route delayed. Told me delivery today been waiting up since 7.30am. When I track order it says out for delivery which I have no hope in it arriving today. Spoke to ukmail number of times now & they haven't got a clue, feel like I'm being fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I'm just waiting for them to tell me couldn't fund address now. Had to have two days off work for this because nobody else was at home & wouldn't let me change delivery address. Been told by ukmail that it's an all day delivery service upto 8pm. Just a joke should give me a time frame. O2 are fantastic but ukmail really lets them down

Many hundreds of complaints about UKMail on here.

And really it's O2 you should be contacting not UK Mail. Until your phone arrives it's O2's responsibility. You are not the first to complain about useless UK mail....you wont be the last sadly...:smileysad:
