i have received the most appalling service today, I upgraded my phone and used the link I was emailed to place my order, after following the instructions I and putting my payment info in the website crashed and my order didn't go though, however my payment went through despite me not having confirmed the order.

I have been told now that it will take 7 days for me to refunded and I was asked to place the order again and pay a further £195.00, then had the nerve to tell me they couldn't promise me it wouldn't crash again.

I needed the phone to be delivered tomorrow which isn't going to happen, as a result I have contacted my solicitor and I will cancel both m contracts and I am also in charge of my work contracts which are with o2, over 400 employers with phones, I will be cancelling this on Monday, ****** company.

An account that size would have a business manager - just let them deal with it - Simples !

Nope, and to be honest, this may just be the OP throwing a strop. We don't know if this was a company or personal phone upgrade. If it was the latter, they'd have a hard time justifying cancelling 400 contracts.
