@Joanne1 Maybe the order hasn’t been collected from O2 yet & that’s why a tracking number isn’t live. You could call O2 customer service

Only when your order has been dispatched do you get the email. You can then track it.

But as we only here complaints here i am not surprised by the complaints here as satisfied customers have no need to moan
