Travel 02 for those who need it !

Anonymous
Not applicable

Why are you not telling the people that are using travel o2,that it is COSTING them money, since the roaming charges were removed .I signed up to it before the charges were removed,i.e.when calls and texts were very expensive eg 50p per minute. Now that texts etc are down to 1.3 p,it is GROSSLY overcharging me to pay £1.66 per day . Do the maths  it's more than100 times more than I need to pay.

the costs and options are clearly given on the website. You just need to ask if you need any help.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

O2 Travel is fine in my personal opinion. I travel abroad a lot and was made fully aware of the changes in March of this year. I can make the choice whether to opt in or out

Sending the odd text or making the odd call then yes, O2 Travel is of no benefit and expensive. But others make good use of the allowances. I have opted out. That choice is there for everyone and it's the customers responsibility to check charges before travelling. It's all on the website.
