The O2 home-phone-by-end-of-March promise a croc?

I was speaking to someone at my existing phone provider a few weeks ago who reckoned that it wasn't gonna happen and O2 know it, cause if they could roll out in March they'd have a specific date by now and not still stringing...

Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on that..?

Its not a rumour, O2 made an official announcement about it.

It also says Q2 not March, this year, so I am hoping they will get everything right when they do go ahead.

Oh I see so it definitely won't be actually available in March... I was going to post the link where it pretty much says

"it will be in March"

but it appears to have gone...

And just to clarify my original post - I meant not going to happen as in not by end of March, not not at all, I've always been sure it'll happen eventually, but some of us are trying to make migration plans here

I'd never seen anything about April until JULY before until just now... hardly crystal clear!
