Hi,

 I had issue with my O2 account. Today I had a chat with Mr Viju. He was very helpful, kind and professional. I hope all O2 customer service agents are like him. Special thanks to Mr Viju for solving my problem.

@Anonymous Good to hear your problem has been resolved. I would suggest that you double check in a couple of days to make sure this is the case, as there have been many complaints recently about Live Chat on this forum.
