Hi
I finally got through to O2 on the phone this morning. I'd just like to say the service I recieved from Liz was brilliant. Very helpful and quick. She then passed me through to a colleague to get a PAC number. Again the service was brilliant.
If only it was always so easy. I don't know about you but I much prefer talking to someone than trying to navigate around the site.
Please pass my thanks on to both customer service operators.
