Hi 

I finally got through to O2 on the phone this morning.   I'd just like to say the service I recieved from Liz was brilliant.   Very helpful and quick.   She then passed me through to a colleague to get a PAC number.  Again the service was brilliant. 

 

If only it was always so easy.   I don't know about you but I much prefer talking to someone than trying to navigate around the site. 

 

Please pass my thanks on to both customer service operators.

I'll tag community admin to pass on your comments @Marjo @LukasB @Martin-O2 but for future reference, you can get your PAC from any network by texting Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update]
