Terrible service

Why are 02 totally useless been with them for over 15 years and all they have done for the last 6 months is mess me about well yesterday was the final nail in the coffin upgrade online you can collect in store so you pay the 40 upfront only to get told see you in 5 days then a extra 5 days to cancel then another 7 days for a refund I don't think so recalled the money with my bank within 24 hours and I can't wait to sign up with another network the fact they like to mess people around is a understatement had to go to store today to try and cancel they then try and get you to take out another contract the is something wrong with them at 02 I will never use them again and as a family 5 contracts lost for you
