HI, I am having such a hard time with the o2 services to the point that I really want to cancel my contract.  I have had some charges committed by my brother and to avoid this, I have had the costumer service block the calls.  However, they did not do it and as a result there were so many more charges that accrued.  I have argued with costumer care that this was due to the costumer care rep not blocking the calls. I have asked them to review the calls and they won't do it. Ombudsman was absolutely no use.  I'm so disappointed because now I am suffering to pay 1,760 pounds which could have been avoided had costumer care done what she promised to do, but she did not.  Please what my options are?  V.

I’m afraid the rules are that you are responsible for your phone so any charges accrued will have to be paid.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
