Ive had a frustrating time trying to speak to someone in customer service who was rude, obstructive and unhelpful and refused to let me speak to a manager. I’ve made a complaint to the review service as other posts have suggested but despite an email acknowledgement saying they will get back to me within 10 working days (which has now passed) I have heard nothing!
