Link looks legit apart from a couple of spelling mistakes!
Can't find how to report it to O2, so thought I'd make you all aware...

It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.

Literally 1000's of these sent out daily @PaulMeadows across all networks, but they are all short staffed and unable to deal with tracing them.
