You want to cancel the insurance? You can't do it online (they will take your money online in the first place though). No, you have to call them and, oh guess what, it's a 30 something minute wait.

Yes you do need to call and you do need to give 30 days notice so you will have another payment to make.

There is so much more that could be done through your MyO2.
We've made suggestions in the past that have been ignored though unfortunately.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Agree! the idea of being able to check the insurance under My O2 is great!
