Serious security breach on Live Chat

Be careful using live chat. I went on it today and when I was connected to a chat agent, I could see ALL his previous conversations, including people's names, numbers and security answers!! I told him this and he just said ignore it! I obviously didn't continue with the chat. I've emailed 02 about the security breach.

This is quite shocking and unacceptable from a company this big.
