Scam call?

I had a call from 0330 220 4413, I had great trouble understanding him but he said I was to get a 40% discount and unlimited calls. I thought I had unlimited calls anyway...in any case, as he was talking a message came up warning about scams, and then a code popped up. I was confused and thought, is this genuine because they are warning me about scams. I got more uneasy and ended the call and deleted the text. However it deleted my whole O2 thread with genuine texts in it too, so I really don't know if this was a scam. And if it was, does it need to be reported?

It is a scam and has been reported here previously.

Ah it's a shame I deleted it then, as I can't forward it to report it 😞

They must have received dozens by now so don't worry.

I'm sure O2 are aware @Su1234 but I'll tag @Martin-O2 to feedback anyway.
