Samsung s10 plus pre order

Hi all I pre ordered s20 plus on 16th February as was assured when ordered that I'd recieve 3 days earlier before release as yet I've recieved no correspondence from 02 about despatch...is the a problem with handset distribution?

Hi Alfie! A lot of people in the same boat as you.

Might be worthwhile first having a look in the orders section of your my O2 page (menu - more - my orders) and then click on the blue ref as some people have done this and it shows tracking information.

I'm guessing if you have a tracking number then you should be receiving tomorrow or Wednesday latest!
