I know the answer will probably be yes, but will these phones be coming to o2?

I have got my heart set on the Galaxy Fold as its something different in the mobile phone scene, but i am curious to know if the Samsung S10 5G will work.

If we get it and there is no 5G coverage for about another year, is it worth getting or waiting for future devices when 5G network is more popular.

The Fold does have a certain geek appeal... I shall watch with interest. Horrified

Oh its definitely unique enough for me but not buying it at that price. And its running a special version of Android so will break next major update let alone support will dwindle from Samsung within a year as the next model comes out. Otherwise I like the direction they've taken with it (that hinge is the star) however I'll leave it till the manufacturing issues are sorted out over the next few years.

The S10 5G version doesn't come with an SD card slot and I can't see 5G being available until 2020 sometime, if it does.

Samsung are laughable, I'd rather give £900+ to charity and I have, Dove House Hospice, Hull.

I don't think 5G is such a big upgrade from 4G, in the same terms as 3G to 4G which brought us the ability to stream videos and music over mobile network. With 5G i have not seen any unique selling point other than it's faster than 4G.

With the Galaxy Fold it is that 1st gen of next generation of phones and i think it will get thinner in future models and when i see it i instantly think i want one. The only thing that puts me off the fold phone is the screen on the front of the phone is not full size of the phone, it fits in the middle which looks odd to me.
