Can anybody help I've had problems for over 2weeks changed network, have been on the phone to 02 numerous times have been sent out code several times doesn't work, have been told over a week ago they do not have the puk code on their database, they will contact the manufacturer for this still waiting.

What my phone says is SIm network PIN blocked.Enter SIm network PUK. Surely this is down to 02 and nothing to do with the manufacturer.

Please help I'm now losing the will.

Sounds like the phone is hard locked.

Are you coming to or going from O2 ?
What network was the phone used on and where did you get it from?

If the wrong unlock code is entered more than 3 times the phone hard locks to the network forever - no way to unlock it, ever, at all.........

I didn't put the code in wrong it just didn't work,so why do 02 keep telling me a load of bull s--- I'm paying for another network that I can't use. Surely it must be against the law to just lock your phone, it's supposed to be free of charge.
