Hi all

Not sure if anyone can help.

So i sent back the active 2 watch as was too big and reordered the smaller size as the bigger one was sent in error.

So i was of course charged for 2 although i was told order was canceled. Its ok these things happen however last week 24th april i sent back one of the watches which i believe should have been received by now. I understand we are under strange times right now but just want to make sure they recieved it and when i expect a refund.

Sorry but only O2 can let you know if they have received it, unless you sent it via recorded delivery and you could check yourself?
If you need to call O2 to check, then use any of the numbers in this guide..

Definitely call them, these things tend to drag on and take forever to get sorted.
