Returns within 14-Day cooling off period

So, my topic is returns during the 14-day cooling off period.

 

I feel that the webchat service should include us being able to check if a return has arrived back as queues on the phone can be lengthy and the information required is not complex for advisors to check.

 

Just my thoughts :),

Returning a device is dependent on when it was scanned into the system
