Retrieving an phone help chat that has useful info...

I just had a chat less than 30 minutes ago about using my phone in the US, but did not save the response or get an emailfrom my O2 consultant, Jatin, on the call. Can I still retrieve it?

Not if you've closed the chat window, but it's strange it hasn't been emailed to you. Have you checked spam folder at all?
