Receipt / Order Number

I need the Receipt / Order Number from my receipt to be able to claim a free gift I got with my phone, I have my receipt, but can't figure out which of the many strings of numbers is the Receipt / Order Number.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It was bought in store, so I don't have any recent orders in my O2, unfortunately.

It should be. My store purchases show in mine.
The last one I have starts o2-******* but some previously started with ms-******
Do you have anything like that at all?

Yeah, I don't have that. I paid cash in-store purchasing a handset outright, handset only.

MyO2 shows nothing, I tried adding my phone, but it says nothing associated with that purchase.

I have the paper receipt, but don't know which of the many numbers is the receipt number

Without seeing the receipt I couldn’t advise.
Can you not just scan the entire receipt and send it to whoever needs to know for the claim?

it has a filed for receipt number, and won't accept it without it

Do you not have an order confirmation number starting with KMM ?

No. I'm going to pop round to the O2 shop at lunchtime and see if I can get any help
