Can anyone tell me why I was charged £5 for donating £5 to NHS. You said it was a premium tariff. I’m disgusted at O2 for doing this at a time when you should be giving.
I’m thinking of leaving O2 nowv

If you sent a £5 donation it would obviously cost you £5, surely?

Did you intend to send £5.00 to the NHS

or did you not know anything about it at all?

All premium charges to your account can be stopped

by asking customer services to put a bar on premium calls.
