Last couple of days this number 7845 p Charges £4 to get a text from a number I have never signed up to. Spoke to a very rude woman who answers the phones, lacks customer service. This number sends text messages with links to a ****** site (50shades is the hyper link). Even when I questioned them about them having my number. Stroppy response any one can use a number on the site and they don't need the bill payers permission. I have blocked this number but charges are still appearing on my bill.

Report it to phonepayplus and also o2 cs.
o2 may reimburse some of the charges but you really need to reclaim the unwanted charges directly from the site billing you.
The regulator will assist if the company is not willing to address it directly with you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Blocking the number won't stop the charges. This is not a charge O2 have put on your account. You have clicked on a link which has subscribed you to a premium service. You need to get the texts stopped and terminate the subscription. You can only do this by contacting the company directly. Details can be found via PhonePayPlus.
