Premium and info services-charged £11.25!!! How do I stop them

I have just checked my account as my bill was higher than normal and found out that there have been 3 text messages from 87066. I did text chat on line and all she said was to ring 03330030581 to call customer services as its a 3rd part company called IMI she said to text STOP to 87066 to get them to stop.

 

Will this stop it? I have googled the number and lots of people have said its a scam as we havent signed up for this. O2 chat help wasnt not helpful, I asked if they could block it they said just to call that number.

 

Any help would be great. Thanks Liz

I have been charged 22.50 for services this month [March 2016] rendered by two sets TBC and IMI.

 

These seem to be rogue services and help desk promised to attend and get me a refund.

 

It has been happening for few months as I have not been checking every month.

I found I have been charged every month from Sept 2015 and continued to March 2016.  I can't get a refundfrom O2, though they are responsiblre for the blls coming from this totally unwanted serbice, charging nearly 100 pounds in all 15 pounds most months, 18.75 in feb 2016.  Sadly O2 refuse responsibilty for sheltering this and other rogue services.  The numbers I found were 87066 and 65011 from O2 Kingston but different numbers are quoted over the telephone and the firms are said to be IMI and PVC.  Name changed to EMCM Mobile Innovating CO when I rang the number Mr Ash of O2 gave me - 03330030581, yet I am not assured of a refund in any of the automated services.
