Poor reception and very low data speeds

Continue to have poor reception and data speeds for calls and browsing since July 2020. Reported the issue several times but networks team send standard response of there being no issues in the area - East Farndon LE16

I'll message you privately @MrNice and get this looked in to for you

My working hours are Monday 08:00 - 18:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00
Any messages sent outside these time will be responded to on my return.
