Poor performance

Signal strength is extremely poor in most places now. Plus, 3G and 4g are very poor and don't even get me started on TUGo! It's useless on the iPad. Looks like a move may be in order!

@Anonymous

o2 are in the middle of a major network upgrade, as are vodafone, ee and three. Some areas are better than others. O2 are hoping to get most of the upgrades done by the end of this year but it is a massive project.

If you find better signal elsewhere we recommend you test out payg sim cards from your chosen network before signing up to a 24 month contract. Remember to check the places you go to most.

I've deleted my first sentence as piperdog123 has already said it.

TuGo is, and always will be, a work in progress. It works well for some, and not for others.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

How long do you have to go on your present contract and are you on refresh?

My area has recently upgraded and is much better now but there are quite a few blackspots when travelling around. I moved one account to EE which has much the better coverage but I tried with a P&G sim first.
