I have very poor reception on my iphone 6 (1-2 bars) & have tried everything to have it improved - new sim card, re-setting &&&& but without success. Can anybody offer any help or advice before I depart from o2, please?

Hi @Anonymous have you tried checking the coverage in your area as there maybe a faulty mast?

Do you know if others get a better signal in the same area?

Hi, thank you & yes, I have. I'm told that reception is good & no outages near me

Maybe you have a faulty phone. Perhaps Apple can do a diagnostic on it if you have an Apple store near you

Who told you it was good?
What does the status checker say?

Poor reception used to be mainly in my home....dropped calls, incoming calls going to voicemail even when the phone wasn't being used, bad lines etc but recently it's everywhere

I’d also advise contacting Apple to have the phone checked out then.
