Hi, I've been with 02 now since forever, but seriously thinking of changing. Only because

everytime I am on my phone people keep saying they can't hear me or it sounds like I'm miles away.my phone is working perfectly I've had it checked, I'm on a sim only contract

can anyone tell me why this is happening it doesn't matter we're I am or whether I'm sending or receiving a phone call, but it's happening more and more.... please tell me why this keeps happening otherwise I'm leaving O2......

You should try a sim swap and see if that solves the issue.
