Phone Mast Still Down in East Sussex - TN36 Postcode

Anyone else getting frustrated that they are not getting any mobile coverage in the TN36 postcode please ?

The mast has been out for weeks and I am paying for a service and not being able to use it

@Help1 Have you complained to O2 about it? Download the my network app & report the fault through there

Once service is restored, you can call customer services for a goodwill gesture on your bill for the time you were without service.

And send em a tweet or drop a note on their FB wall about it too, the Social Media teams from O2 on both Twitter and Facebook are pretty responsive to such events, @Help1

thanks for all the sound advice all.  We have complained and keep getting "we are working on it"   Will go the Social Media route slight_smile

They will just say the same.
O2 will never give you a fix date.
