How am I supposed to sort my account out with no one answering calls

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I've tried that no response office is closed due to COVID-19

It's not closed but running with much reduced staffing levels, the same as the rest of O2.
