Ongoing terrible experience with customer service

I just want to say how disappointed I am in the current level of costumer service. I have been with o2 for a number of years and yes staff was helpful in the past - until something went wrong. I have spent the last week and a half trying to cancel an order as the courrier lost the parcel (i have an email from them confirming that). Since then I must have spoken to at least 5 different people from o2 who all said they would get back to me but never did. I keep on being lied to and it is quite distressing. Meanwhile my billing date draws near and it looks like I will be charged for a phone I don't have and a tariff I no longer want because nothing seems to be able to move forward without courrier confirmation. I recieved none of the call backs or updates promised. Disgusting. As soon as this is sorted I am leaving o2, who doesn't seem to value long term customers. I will of course file a complaint.
