We do sympathise. The excuse of being overloaded with iPhone 6 and Note 4 orders is growing very tired. It's just plain old bad customer service.

Live chat won't give you a PAC anymore I'm afraid - You can only get one by calling.
As you are a business customer you should call 8002

Hi Guys.

As I've always suggested among with others that contacting Live Chat as another avenue for a PAC Codes I decided to ask officially.

Toby has today confirmed that Online Live Chat can indeed deal with PAC Code requests.
